Unable to connect to Apple ID server

Sooo I am having problems of my Apple ID. It keep saying I need to my apple password which I have. Then it says unable to connect to Apple ID server. Along those lines. And I have to keep re-entering my password. So I signed out and sign backed in. I changed my password. I tried many attempts and I don’t know what is happening. It’s happening to both my iPhone 13 and IPad
