IPAD CHARGING ISSUE

Hello everyone , I am using IPad Pro , from the past one month I’m facing problems with charging.Upon plugging in the charger the charging icon appears immediately however the percentage doesn’t increase.I have tried different chargers , I’m using the original charger though.Took help from apple online support , updated to latest version and even reset the device , but the problem persists.Please help.

If you already tried (to no avail) all the steps provided in this support article:--> If your iPad won't charge - Apple Support, and the issue persists, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

As described, your iPad or its battery may have a fault. These support pages should help with troubleshooting:

Troubleshooting generally requires substitution of the Power Adapter and cable for another known-good item.


If you continue to experience difficulties, you might be best advised to first seek assistance directly from from Apple Support - and request a remote diagnostic test. You can contact the Support Team using the Get Support link at top-right of this page. Alternatively, you can initiate and manage your support cases using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed on your iPad, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

You might also visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad, Power Adapter and cable(s):
