How to unblock a voicemail numbr/messsage
A person in my contact list is "unblocked" there, but when she texts or leaves me a voicemail it is blocked! How do I unblock her altogether?

Check with your carrier to see if she's blocked through them.
Check Settings>Phone>Blocked Contacts to make sure her number isn't in the list there.
Delete her contact and add it back.
