Visa Debit Card not on Instant Transfer on Apple Pay

Instant Transfer on Apple Pay is not showing my Debit Visa card! I checked that all the names and addresses matched up exactly! My phone is updated and everything. Why are so many people experiencing this problem and there's no help online? I already called APPLE and they told me to call my bank. My bank checked everything out and said there was no restrictions on my card and refreshed it to allow any new transactions and I removed it from wallet and re-added it and it still is not showing up for INSTANT TRANSFER, only for Bank Transfer that takes 1-3 DAYS, I need the transfers to work ASAP! Not days later! I tried different Instant Transit options ON & OFF also & nothing works.

I am, and I DON'T NEED TO TRANSFER TO MY BANK. I need my INSTANT TRANSFER to work PROPERLY! You need to update the Wallet App because so many people are experiencing this issue! I didn't have this issue before on the last update with my same card!

Hi, this is a user to user forum and the fact you are furious about this is making it hard for me to troubleshoot. Do not use all caps to emphasize certain words. I answer a ton of Apple Pay questions and I do not remember seeing this particular issue so you are the only one having this issue as far as I know. Wallet is not broken. There is something not working on your device.

go to settings>general>reset>and reset your network settings.
When you say the bank refreshed the card do you mean they reset the tokens?
Is the card on this list? Not all Visa debit cards are supported - Apple Pay participating banks - Apple Support

Only do these steps if the others do not work and do not proceed if one step works.

Go to settings>general>reset>and reset all settings - this does not delete data but will reset personal preferences.
Sign out of your Apple ID and back in.
Go to iCloud.com and sign in>go to account settings>choose the device with the issue>remove Apple Pay from the device>sign out of Apple ID>restart your device>sign back into Apple ID and set up Apple Pay.
erase your device and set it up as new.
