The label does not have a return shipping address

We understand you're not seeing a return shipping label to send your Apple Watch in for service. We're glad you've joined us in Apple Support Communities, and we can help.

"Remove the top label from the shipping box. This is your receipt. Make sure the return shipping label remains on the box." With that said, you'll need to remove the top label from the shipping box and the return label should be beneath it.
