When I start up my MacBook Air, multiple applications launch. MS Excel, Outlook, Chrome etc. all launch. But I don't have any items listed to launch at start up under Users & Groups/Login items.
What do I do?

I think I figured it out. I had the check box ticked for "Reopen windows when logging back in".
I removed it and that seems to have worked. I was always shutting the apps down before I logged out but they always launched anyway.
I was closing them down but you made me look at this more closely..Thanks!
