Why I cannot used FaceTime well?
When I used FaceTime the person who I calling they can't see me, but the problem is I see them but they’re not see me why?

- Is your iPhone software up to date? You can check this in Settings > General > Software Update.
- Do you experience issues using the front facing (selfie) camera when taking photos?
- If you have a case on your iPhone, does this issue persist once it's removed?
- Is this issue isolated to only the one contact, or does it happen with others during FaceTime video calls as well?
- If it's isolated to only one contact, ask them to test with a FaceTime call to someone else and see if the issue persists. If it does, suggest they reach out to Apple Support for help with their device camera.
