Apple ID locked
I’ve reset my password multiple times but when I try to log in it says Apple ID locked and to verify my identity. I’ve done it so many times and it just ends up saying the same thing each time.
I’ve reset my password multiple times but when I try to log in it says Apple ID locked and to verify my identity. I’ve done it so many times and it just ends up saying the same thing each time.
There is an outage going on that’s affecting many areas of iCloud at the moment.
Just simply try again later. 😉
If you have changed your password, have you followed the steps in this article? Make sure you turn of Find My Phone before signing out of the old ID. Once signed out and Find My Phone is off, then sign in with the new ID, then turn Find My Phone back on.
