Faulty Case

iPhone case slightly damaged out of packaging. I work unsociable hours so its hard for me to call. Can you please replace it. I have not used it and as a result I have not protected my new iPhone 12 Pro because I lost my original cover hence me buying a new one.

This is a user forum, you are not addressing apple here  just  fellow users

if it was me then I would read Legal - Hardware Warranties - Apple

and Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple

you can try contacting apple Support ->  Get Support (apple.com)

and or give them feedback -> Product Feedback - Apple

Hi,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your accessory. If you purchased the accessory from the ARS or Apple Online, and it is an Apple branded accessory, you may contact Apple Support for further assistance with return and/or replacement options.

The affected product would be your iPhone, as it is the product the accessory was designed for.
