Why Apple Music in MacBook is better than iPhone?
I use apple music in both MacBook Pro and iPhone 11 Pro. I could see there is huge difference in the audio effect in same airpods.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you would like to improve the sound quality of Apple Music when listening on your iPhone paired with your AirPods. Right?
First, check your connection. Does this happen when you are streaming or with downloaded songs? If streaming, this may make a difference. Check out Add music to iPhone and listen offline.
You can also check your EQ Settings from Settings > Music - Change the way music sounds on iPhone.
