If this is a Magic Mouse, did you try to disable the right click option in the system preferences for the mouse?
Removing the mouse from the list of Bluetooth devices and pairing it again might also help.

Where are you clicking, are you clicking on a file or folder, is it just on a screen, does it without clicking, is it in a software application, what OS version? minor details, thanks, will try to help. Yes I have seen odd dialogue pop ups in applications but not in the finder. What type of mouse are you using?
