Apple Music deleting library several times a day

Hi ,

At least once a day I will open the music app on my phone and see ‘Looking for your music?’ in place of my library.

If I go to Music in settings it tells me I need to join Apple Music (I have a subscription).

The only way to get my library back is to go settings -> Apple ID -> Media and Purchases and log out and log back in.

My phone then redownloads all my music. It often cuts out while I’m listening to a song and it’s driving me crazy.

I’ve restarted my phone, logged out of everything and tried all I can think of.

Is there any way to fix this?

Thanks!

Hi isaac.ago,

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! From our understanding, your Music library will randomly disappear and to recover it have to sign out/sign into your Apple ID in iTunes & App Store, do we have that right?

We see that this is happening on an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Is it running the latest version of iOS 15 (15.3)?

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
