Today I bought iphone SE from imagine store situated at Kolkata Mani Square Mall. They sold it on MRP 44900/-. But now I can see in Flipcart the same model is getting sold at 32999/-. How come same company product same model getting sold at different prices in the same market?

Flipkart is NOT an authorized dealer. They can sell for any price they wish.
There is nothing illegal, or even immoral in this case.
You purchased a product that met your needs at a price you were willing to pay.
You can contact as many government authorities as you wish, but it will not change the outcome.
Then you have your answer.

hope the grey market products dont have warranty and service from apple!
if so then how it can be a grey market product? Will take it up to the govt authorities, this is just cheating the customers. Apple being such a valued brand must maintain MOP in the market.
I want a solution to this. Either i get the differential credit or return the newly purchased phone after i purchase the same from flipcart
