hey, my MacBook Air hinge sometimes becomes hard and sometimes it stays how it should, soft. What is the fix to keep it always soft. Some times it is impossible to open with 1 hand the whole laptop lifts up like those old Lenovo or cheap laptops LOL

Apple's guidance on stiff hinges is to give it time and it'll ease up with usage.
A stiff hinge is not a failure to Apple, if you did decide to replace the hinge, you'd have to pay 100% for it and it's not going to be cheap. That is if you can convince them to do the work, as they generally try not to fix what ain't broke.
