Is wear is compatible with iOS 15
I looked into it and it says it is but I can’t figure out how to connect it I have the wear is app and the Michael khors app
my watch is Michael khors smartwatch gen 5 Lexington

In general yes, you can use a wearOS smartwatch with an iPhone. How you connect depends on the exact watch.
