You may be able to play in mono to both devices, but you cannot make them a stereo pair.

thanks. I am able to play / push music to the HomePod and HomePod mini via my iPhone but when I try to do that from the newest Apple TV - no luck. Seems like there should be a way or Apple could find a way to make it work. Ah well...
