We understand that you’d like to request a refund for an unrecognized charge and are not seeing the purchase in your purchase history. 


In the following article is a link under section, ‘Contact Apple Support’ that will provide you with the Apple Support contact options, specific to this issue, for your region. If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement
