Apple Music age verification issue
I am Kobiljon, currently living in South Korea.
I have been a Spotify user for quite a while and now I am considering moving to Apple Music as it has lossless + hi-res audio, while Spotify has not yet released Spotify HiFi.
However, I am having trouble with age verification in Apple Music, while I have no age verification problems in other apps (e.g. Spotify, Youtube Music).
I have contacted my carrier (i.e. LG U+) to check the correctness of my personal information (age, full name, birthday, country, etc.) and confirmed that all my personal details are as supposed to be, and double/triple checked my entries in Apple Music with no success. I have tried various approaches on both my iPhone and MacBook Pro.
I have kindly referred to apple support team twice now in order to resolve the issue, but somehow ended up not resolved. I kindly ask to take a look at this issue (I can provide my details if necessary).
