I changed my passcode on iPhone and forgot the new one

How can I use my iPhone again, it is not backed up and I deleted the phone from iCloud on iPad when I was trying to reset it

Follow the instructions in the link at the top of the page. Without any backup, any data you had on the phone is gone.
