Declined Payments

Why does my payment method keep getting declined, I have $8 but every time i try to buy something it declines. I tried adding it to my apple funds and that worked but it’s still declining. Can someone please help me?

This might be due to an issue with a previous order. Check out If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store which can help you determine if that might be the case.
