Error during adding Apple Card to Wallet

Hi Guys,

Have an issue with adding an apple card to my wallet. I have an error "Account Services Unavailable - Apple pay services are currently unavailable. Please try again later" Yes, I have another cards added (popular us banks)

I double-checked the apple id configuration, updates, restarted iPhone 12 like 5 times already. And I am trying to do this like 3 days in a row.
