Wifi calling - How do I enable "add wifi calling for other devices"

I have an iPhone 12 on IOS 15.3 on AT&T unlimited and an M1 mac mini I'm trying to enable wifi calling on.

I was able to complete the instructions found online and get it to work on my iPad but I an no longer able to add devices, if I attempt to toggle allow calls on other devices a prompt comes up saying, "Cannot turn calls on other devices. Facetime and iCloud need to be signed in on the same apple ID"

All of my devices are on my own account part of a family sharing, all of them can be found in find my etc

How do I get this to work?

Mac mini, macOS 12.0

Is FaceTime activated and signed in on your devices using the same Apple ID account?

On the phone: Settings > Devices > Facetime

and just check that the activation slider is showing green beside 'Facetime'

On your Mac launch FaceTime and in the menu bar choose FaceTime > Preferences and see if your Apple ID is displayed. If it isn't you are not signed in.

Observe too if the 'You can be reached for FaceTime at' contact details are the same.
