Few minutes ago my iphone fell while charging and side screen scratched i don't know what to do, i bought 2 years insurance. Where should I take my phone?

Go to your nearest apple store. Or call to setup an appointment. If you go to browser under search and type in find nearest apple store, it will tell you the closest one.

and - What's a side screen?
AppleCare+ will not cover scratches, only damage such as cracked glass or water damage.
I doubt if any "insurance" will cover cosmetic damage.
