Apple Car Play Delay

I Have Honda Accord 2018 and iPhone XS Max , and with the recent update 15.2.1 , I get couple of issues while I'm on call

1- 1-2 sec response delay

2- a weird noise comes out

3- disappearance of the speaker's voice for few seconds

and the last issue which I believe that it hasn't been solved yet : google maps is not using my accurate coordinates so I can't go my desginated destination
