I purchased '2020 imac 27' on 06 Jan 2022 and changed it to 'm1 imac' on 18 Jan 2022.
I have to get a refund on the difference, but it hasn't been deposited into my account yet.
Regarding the difference, a staff said it would take 2 to 5 days, but 10 days have already passed.
Please check the status for my refund.
