Actually some 4 month ago I changed my iPhone and switched to android now I back with new iPhone I sign into My Apple id everything is ok but I can't access my iCloud storage as it asks to punch last iPhones passcode

Second Process has Risk: Remove your old device from your iCloud account after logging in to https://www.icloud.com with your Apple ID credentials.
The risk is if you remove the device from your account after you erase it, Activation Lock will be turned off. This allows another person to turn on and use your device.
