Iphone 13 camera focus problem

I changed my phone from samsung to iphone 13. However from the beginning of the day I bought, rear main camera is not focusing the written things at x1.0 zoom. I tried everything. But I realised that when you set the zoom level smaller then x1.0(means that when you choose secondary rear camera) everything is clearly readable. But when zoom level is equal or bigger than x1.0 photos are very blurry. Also I compared this focus problem with 11,12,12 pro models. They don't have anything like this. But 2 other iphone 13 that my friends own are having same problem. Even the phones in shops are having the same problem. I am really disappointed about giving lots of money to a phone which can not focus on close shots. Waiting for apple to solve this issue. By the way all the phone is updated.

Mine is doing the exact same thing. It’s infuriating because I’ve had iPhones since iPhone 5. This one takes the worst photos and I use my camera daily for work. This is so disappointing

you literally can’t even scan QR codes with it
