How do I transfer apple iCloud to Verizon iCloud

there are many data on iCloud which are encrypted and has no file components. Such as iMessage, Backup etc...

So all data cannot be transferred.

There is no process to transfer other data but you may choose to download to a PC/Mac and upload to another cloud drive.
