Pairing Apple Watch issue

I have a new Apple Watch SE and an iPhone SE version 2. Both are updated. I am stuck on “signing into your account”. I’ve restarted both devices but still the same problem.

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! From our understanding, you are not able to sign into your account while setting up your Apple Watch using the steps in the article you came from (Set up your Apple Watch), do we have that right? What happens when you try to sign in? Do you get any type of error message?


Are you able to sign into your Apple ID with no issue here: Apple ID?


If you need to reset your Apple ID password check out: If you forgot your Apple ID password.


You can try the steps in this article to troubleshoot: If you can't pair an Apple Watch with your iPhone.
