I was bought my mac in apple osaka when i studied abroad. Now i live in vietnam, my receipt phisycal was lost so i want to have the E-receipt again .However, i cant to contact with staff of apple in osaka because my sim cant make a phone call to japan or others country without VietNam. What should i do now ?
My macbook need to insurance, i have apple care+, if i dont have a receipt, my mac cant to repair.
Please, help me.
