You don't. You will have to erase or restore it to get past the forgotten passcode Anything on the phone that was not already backed up or synced to the cloud is gone.

Follow the instructions in the link at the top of the page. If your phone is disabled, it is too late to save your data. Without a recent backup, your data is gone.
