I deleted the icon for my outlook email. How can I get it back on my phone?

Swipe all the way to the right on your home screen to get to the App Library. Find the Outlook icon in there. Hold your finger on the icon until it starts to wiggle. Drag to your home screen.

I still cannot get the icon to download. If I open the app from the App Store I get right to my outlook email. So the mail program is still on my phone. I just cannot access from my screen. Any other suggestions? I really did appreciate your timely response to my problem.
