If the device is not charging, have you tried switching chargers to confirm if the issue is isolated to the charger?
If so, and you have tried two different wired chargers, I would recommend to try using a wireless charger.
If the device is able to charge wirelessly, there might be damage to the charging port on the iPhone that affects wired charging.
If the device will not hold a charge with wireless charging, I would recommend contacting Apple Support to confirm if you have an issue with your battery by running diagnostics.
