Hello, my iphone 12 pro will accept calls but I cannot connect to data or send texts on the network. At&t says this is an apple issue as of yesterday. Is anyone dealing with the same problem? I have done a force reset, refreshed network settings and removed/added my sim card. Nothing seems to be helping.

Update: I called and talked to AT&T today. I found out that 3 of our iPads were doing the same thing on the network. Basically, tech support had to re-add them to our account and activate them again. She wasn't sure why this happened but they are working now. So if anyone has this issue, call and ask for tech support. It was a quick fix once I got passed the initial customer service rep. Ask for Tech Support right away and they will help you quickly.

The 12 (issue) is showing the 49.0.2, the 13 pro shows 49.0.1. Odd.
The 12 (Issue) is running 15.3, the 13 is running the previous update. So maybe an update issue? Is there any way to uninstall an update?
There is no way to uninstall an update. And I’m using iOS 15.3 on my iPhone 13 Pro with no issue.
Yes, I see AT&T blamed Apple. But the cellular update (49.0.2 vs. 49.0.1) seems to point to an issue in the other direction. ???

I believe both avyrae and I are saying we have iPhones running version 49.0.1 as the most current offered version and everything runs well. But on the iPhone 12 Pro, where the later 49.0.2 cellular update is offered, an error occurs.
My iPhone 13 Pro continues to work fine with AT&T cellular data.
I use a 5G plan - do you?
Also check Settings > General > About > Carrier. You should see “AT&T 49.0.1”.
iOS 15.3.
The 13 pro on our account is working fine but the 12 pro is not. We do have a 5G plan. The carrier settings say AT&T 49.0.2

That’s interesting! On both iPhones? I can’t get beyond 49.0.1 right now.
Also, are you using iOS 15.3 on both iPhones?
That is what I am thinking. That it is actually AT&T's issue. I didn't even think to look at the carrier. That would make more sense. Looks like a trip to a store.
Have you checked for a cellular settings update? Go to Settings/General/About, and if there is an update you will be prompted to install it.
Nothing pops up :/
