No iTunes Store Account ( I do have one) error.

While trying to get Disney to cast to my Apple TV 4K, I get a this message:

No iTunes Store Account

Before using this Apple ID on your Apple TV,,, you must first login into an IOS device, Mac, or PC to create an ITunes Store Account

It seems your Apple TV 4K hasn’t been set up properly, or the (main) account has been signed out.

Else there really is an issue with the account, possibly in relation to the payment method.


Apple TV 4K can have the Disney+ app directly on the device. No need to ‘cast’ from another device.
