iPad icons

Hi jxt2600, thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities.

I have multiple copies of the same app(s) on my iPad but rather than select Delete App, I select 'Remove from Home Screen' which ensures the app is still available in other areas of my iPad including my App Library.

You can also contact Apple Support as follows:

• Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
• Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among the list provided above but also again as follows Apple – Location Selector; or
• Using the "Apple Support" app, available and downloadable from App Store.

Reset the Home Screen Layout:

If the app is on there twice, then reset the Home Screen Layout...
