Shared computer in Finder
How do you delete an unknown network PC, hpd39fe7, from Finder?
I have an IMac from 2017, running macOS High Sierra Version, 10.13.6.
iMac Line (2012 and Later)

You don'. All that means is the Mac has detected a nearby computer that you could share with if, and only if, you and the PC owner decided to allow it. here is no risk with this.
