Hi,

  • Your iPhone’s temperature is too hot and needs to cool down.
  • I would turn it off by following the instructions here: https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/iph841379c3d/ios then leaving it for 15-30 minutes or so, this way it can cool down quicker.
  • If the message is still showing, the ambient temperature may be too high or the iPhone may have a hardware issue that should be looked at by Apple at an Apple store or authorized service provider.
