Redownloading an app

I recently just got the new iPhone 13. I’ve had no problems. All my information was transferred just fine. Except I’ve been having trouble with redownloading the gamepigeon app. It’s one of my favorite apps so this kind of sucks. Every time I click download it just shows the download cloud again. I’ve signed out and turned my device off and back on.
