Hi. I have forgotten my Ipad Air 4 passcode. My mac is from 2014 and I can't use either itunes or finder to restore it. Any help?

If you can't reset your device
- Put your iPhone into recovery mode so you can erase it and set it up again.
- Put your iPad into recovery mode so you can erase it and set it up again.
- Put your iPod touch into recovery mode so you can erase it and set it up again.
Please read the link in previous posting - there is no mention having to connect to an Apple Computer .
