Hi everyone!

So basically I have quite a big problem. I'm trying to change my appstore region but I can't because I still have a balance of 60 cents on the account. If there was any way I could spend that I would but I can't seem to find it. The only reason I have switched the country in the first place is because my friend has sent me a gift card. So now I can't switch back. Can someone please help me? Is there any way I can get that balance off of my account?
