Unable to update iPad from iPad so.14.7.1 to 15.3

It’s showing update is available(15.3) but download and install button is not clickable……and below to it shows “required WiFi network connection to download update”…….even its already connected to WiFi and WiFi connection is also absolutely fine What should I do now? My current version is iPad OS14.7.1
