Can you have a co-signer not a coborrower

can I have my mom co-sign for me since I’m still trying to repair my credit? She doesn’t have any devices and prefers to use a landline phone so she would have no use for an Apple ID. So she wouldnt even be able to be a coborrower

Credit cards and other revolving accounts do not have co-borrower or co-signers. You’re thinking of installment loans like a car loan. Credit cards and installment loans are two entirely different products.
