Appel watch glitch

My Apple Watch has more than 70% charge and my iPhone has 77% charge but when I’m trying to update my Apple Watch it is saying Apple Watch must be charged more than 50% or plugged to charging port.

I always put my Apple Watch on the charger and connect my iPhone to the adapter to update watchOS on my Apple Watch, no matter how much battery life is left on my watch.

Did you try to force restart the watch and try again to update?
