I can not delete my card from purchase
I am trying to remove my card but it does not work properly i want to delete my card anyhow

Removing a card : Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support
Whether you can remove all cards from an account will depend upon whether you are a Family Share organiser or have any active subscriptions.
