Verify that you have an Apple TV+ subscription. See your subscriptions overview - Apple

Verify that your Apple TV box is signed in with the Apple ID account that has this subscription.

The Apple TV+ service may have a few episodes free to watch as teaser, but the subscription is required to access all available episodes.
