What happens when you try to send an email? Is this happening with one specific email account in the Mail app?
Which exact iOS version is listed in Settings > General > About on your iPhone?

I have tried the steps in the related article.
When an email is sent or forwarded or replied it says "the user name or password is incorrect". However, both the user ID and PW are not incorrect.
The cellular phone is iphone 12nPro Max with software version 15.3
