I lost all my iPhone contacts

i downloaded a app called super cleaner to my iphone and it said i could retrieve any info within 20 days. but when i looked it had deleted all my contacts and i can’t contact them

lost contacts hello apple support community, i used to back up my contacts on icloud, however i had an issue couple of days ago my iphone 11 pro 64gb got stuffed with no space to operate i had to go to apple authorized center in Cairo, Egypt to get a new software, when i opened my iphone i didn't find any of my contacts neither on my device nor on icloud.

Where did you download the app from? From the App Store? Or from elsewhere?

If you were using iCloud, access iCloud.com and restore your contacts from there.

Otherwise, restore a backup from iCloud or your local Mac or Windows system from before the deletion.
