Hi
Select the image, then file>epxort.
Choose jpg is the kind, set your other options (full size max quality is what I use, but might use smaller for upload to websites. Click export and choose a folder to put it in.

I have used this File to Export method. It only changes the top page of a very large document. I need to convert a 224 page .heic document and have found no results to print, convert (even with Adobe) or upload to another service. How do you convert a large .heic document to either .pdj or .jpg?
On a PC laptop it does not give the choice of ‘file’ to be able to export it.
Any other suggestions on how to convert an HEIC document to JPEG on a PC computer?
Not using a PC. Also, the site will only convert the first page, not the entire document.
heic is a format for a single image file - not for a multi page document (at least as far as I know)
How have the pages been created? Are you asking about PDF files including HEIC images?
I have a 224 page heic document with zero images. I need to convert the entire document to .pdf. All converter processes or software convert only page 1.
