Airpod case top/cap/hinge is too tight

What to do:

• Don't put anything in it, as it may cause bodily harm.

• As for loosening it, I'd say its time for new ones. If it just been left laying about, then they may have condensed, due to humidity and debris.

So, just go for new AirPods.
